Because each item in our store is made to order, please review our fulfillment and shipping guidelines below.
⚙️ 1. Production & Fulfillment Times
Every t-shirt is printed specifically for you when you place an order.
- Standard Production Time: 1 to 4 business days.
- During peak holiday seasons or high-volume periods, printing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- You will receive a notification the moment your item moves from production to shipping carrier pickup.
🚚 2. Estimated Shipping Windows
We partner with a hyper-local fulfillment platform with over 140 print hubs globally. This algorithm automatically routes your order to the facility closest to your delivery address, significantly reducing shipping transit times and emissions.

📍 3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is packed and handed over to the carrier (such as USPS, DHL, or local couriers), a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. You can track your package directly through the link provided. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
🌍 4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes
Because we use a decentralized printing network, 95% of orders are produced within the destination country, avoiding customs delays entirely. However, if your specific size/color combination requires international routing, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local government.
❌ 5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
- Address Errors: We automatically push your shipping details to our production routing queue. If you notice an error in your address, contact us within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot modify the address or offer refunds once production begins.
- Delivered But Missing: If your tracking link states "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office branch before contacting our support desk.
