At Think Celestial, each item is uniquely printed just for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock, we do not accept general returns or size exchanges due to a change of mind.
Please review our comprehensive return and replacement guidelines below before finalizing your purchase.
🛡️ 1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand completely behind the quality of our prints. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will issue a 100% free replacement or full refund.
  • Timeframe: You must notify our support team within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Requirements: Please email us at sales@thinkcelestial.us with your order number and 2-3 clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  • Do not ship it back: We do not require you to ship defective items back to us. Once verified, a new production run will be submitted immediately.
📐 2. Sizing Issues & Exchanges
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot offer free returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size.
  • To ensure a perfect fit, please review the exact measurements provided in the Size Chart on each product listing before placing your order.
  • If you are unhappy with the fit, please contact our support team. We can offer a one-time discretionary discount code so you can order a replacement size at a reduced cost.
🛑 3. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Our order routing with Gelato is automated to ensure fast delivery.
  • You can request a cancellation or change (such as address or size updates) within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an item enters the production queue, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
📦 4. Packages Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to our printing facility due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, or because it went unclaimed at your local post office:
  • The package will be securely disposed of or held by the regional printing hub.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of reprinting and reshipping the order to your corrected address.
